At the end of the 12th week you are ready to walk an hour AND have fun doing it.
You may want to add a new dimension to your walk and increase the effort.
New dimensions:
1) Pick up the pace- Walk faster for periods during your walk
2) Walk up and down some hills, look for fun and challenging hills
3) Walk on the beach or up in the mountains on some trails
